Melinda Jennison is Queensland’s most awarded Buyer’s Agent, winning the REIQ Buyer’s Agent of the Year for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024). She was also named QPIA Property Investment Advisor of the Year and Buyer’s Agent of the Year at the 2024 PIPA Awards of Excellence.
With a passion for guiding buyers to make confident, well-informed choices, Melinda combines her qualifications as a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA®) with a lifelong fascination for real estate. Her property journey began at 18 with the purchase of her first Brisbane property and has since evolved into managing development projects and working exclusively as a Buyer’s Advocate.
Melinda’s approach is grounded in a research-driven perspective. After earning her PhD in 2001, she transitioned her analytical skills into the property sector, gaining extensive experience in building, construction, and development.
As President of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Association of Australia since 2023 and co-host of the Brisbane Property Podcast, Melinda is committed to raising industry standards and delivering exceptional results. She blends extensive market knowledge with a client-first approach, making her a trusted voice in Brisbane’s property market.
