Her property journey began at 18 with the purchase of her first Brisbane property and has since evolved into managing development projects and working exclusively as a Buyer’s Advocate.

Melinda’s approach is grounded in a research-driven perspective. After earning her PhD in 2001, she transitioned her analytical skills into the property sector, gaining extensive experience in building, construction, and development.

As President of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Association of Australia since 2023 and co-host of the Brisbane Property Podcast, Melinda is committed to raising industry standards and delivering exceptional results. She blends extensive market knowledge with a client-first approach, making her a trusted voice in Brisbane’s property market.

Brilee was recently awarded both the QPIA of the Year and QPIA Graduate of the Year at the PIPA Awards of Excellence 2024, in recognition of her commitment to her clients and excellence in property investment.

Scott’s earliest experience in property and investing was in 1985, when he worked as a first-year apprentice carpenter with his father. His first property purchase at this time was a block of land, which he then built a house on, and sold for a profit. This experience taught him the value of property as an investment tool and opened his mind to consider property investment and development opportunities.

As a fully licenced builder, Scott has developed a passion for renovation and property development. He shares this passion and expertise with our clients.

Scott loves helping people to find or create amazing properties throughout Brisbane. And he works very closely with our Brisbane Buyers Agents team and clients, using his construction knowledge to provide peace of mind when purchasing in Brisbane.
