Brisbane has now definitely cemented its place as the fastest-growing capital city around our country for the third month in a row.
We discuss the supply here in Brisbane and look at the total listing volumes which are 37.6% lower at the end of January 2022 compared to the same period 12 months ago.
Lastly, we look at the migration trend from southern states into Queensland and the inquiry levels for Brisbane over the last quarter.
