Melinda is a devoted advocate for industry best practices and empowering consumers. She is on a mission to share her expertise across various platforms and provide buyers with the insights they need to make informed decisions.
Her fascination with real estate was sparked at a young age, inspired by her parents’ endeavors as property investors. This early exposure ignited her own real estate journey, leading to her first property acquisition in Brisbane at the tender age of 18, marking the beginning of her passion for property investment.

Armed with a strong research-oriented foundation, Melinda earned her PhD in 2001, seamlessly transitioning into the real estate domain. Her involvement in the property sector has encompassed the building and construction industry, including managing small-scale property development projects for both herself and her clients. Melinda now works as an exclusive Buyers Advocate and is a respected contributor to industry publications and media outlets.  She also co-hosts the Brisbane Property Podcast, expanding her influence within the real estate community.

Melinda has won the coveted RIEQ Buyers Agent of the Year Award in 2022 and 2023.  She is also the President of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Association of Australia, where she demonstrates her extensive knowledge, unwavering dedication, and commitment to excellence.  Melinda strives to deliver exceptional results in all aspects of her work.

Cef Ann Lagan

As a crucial member of the Streamline Team, Cef plays a vital role in providing administrative and onboarding assistance.

Her responsibilities include supporting the Brisbane buyers agents and advocates by generating reports, organising data, and facilitating various daily tasks. Her contributions are instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout the purchasing process.

Stacey May

Operations Manager

Stacey assists with the onboarding of new clients. She guides them through each phase of the purchase process, and ensures that the client journey with the Streamline Property Buyers team is a seamless and ‘streamlined’ experience.

Stacey’s background is in business management and marketing. But she’s always had a passion for real estate and she now thrives in the industry. Our clients always feel nurtured throughout the process when partnering with us, because Stacey guides them every step of the way.

Stacey also overseas the day to day operations for our Brisbane buyers agent team to ensure clients needs are consistently met.

Scott Jennison

Scott’s earliest experience in property and investing was in 1985, when he worked as a first-year apprentice carpenter with his father. His first property purchase at this time was a block of land, which he then built a house on, and sold for a profit. This experience taught him the value of property as an investment tool and opened his mind to consider property investment and development opportunities.

As a fully licenced builder, Scott has developed a passion for renovation and property development. He shares this passion and expertise with our clients.

Scott loves helping people to find or create amazing properties throughout Brisbane. And he works very closely with our Brisbane Buyers Agents team and clients, using his construction knowledge to provide peace of mind when purchasing in Brisbane.

Executive Assistant

Pauline has been with the Streamline Property Buyers team since 2020, and has grown to be an integral part of the support team.

She assists the Brisbane buyers agents and advocates by completing reports, compiling data and assisting with all of the day-to-day activities that ensure that our clients’ purchases go smoothly.

Brilee has an infectious interest in property and is a valuable part of the Streamline Property Buyers team. She has an excellent eye for detail and ensures that our clients are presented with the most relevant properties based on their requirements.

Brilee’s background in conveyancing also ensures that the process between going under contract and settlement runs smoothly. She loves working in a team environment and enjoys assisting our clients to find the right property, every time!
