Engaging streamline was one of the best financial and property decisions I have ever made. From start to finish the process was impressive. The Streamline team are experienced, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made the purchasing journey seem effortless while achieving outstanding results. I was referred to Streamline through my mortgage broker and signed up to purchase a property in very late 2024 with a plan to commence the process in early January 2025. We started with a strategy session to determine parameters and objectives and then the hunt began. The use of technology to provide information, communicate, and bounce ideas back and fourth was brilliant and incredibly easy. I was particularly impressed with the initiative to provide regular analysis for properties on the market that didn’t meet my exact objectives as it gave me a real feel for the market at that time. And when a property that did meet my objectives presented itself the analysis was comprehensive with flood reports, noise reports, suburb profiles, heritage and scarcity analysis not to mention detailed review videos, and physical property inspections. I worked with Brilee Matic on a daily basis and she did an amazing job. And when the right property came along she was cool, calm, and collected. We ended up purchasing a stunning townhouse in a blue chip suburb for well below market price, some 6 weeks after the initial engagement. It would have been impossible to obtain this property without Streamlines relationships with local realestate agents and I am very grateful for it.
